I have such a hard time blogging while we're on vacation, and of course it just hangs over my head until I've gotten home, settled in, and then I finally get started again! I'm so excited to get caught up and write about all the memories we've made. Before I start on our road trip/Texas Christmas, I have to talk about all the fun we had before the holiday!
First, Chris got to play Joseph in his preschool's Nativity. Can I say how grateful I am that Chris has a teacher who not only celebrates Christmas, but who teaches the kids about the Nativity? Chris was so excited to be Joseph. We read the story together and talked about the kind of man Joseph was, and how he acted. I think Chris felt pretty special.
After the Nativity, on came the Santa hats along with some fun songs and poems. While they were singing "Jingle Bells" Santa came and surprised them! The looks on their little faces were so cute! I have a video of the program so I'll post it soon.
Chris' biggest fans were there cheering him on:
I'm so grateful for a great preschool and the chance our family had to support Chris while he showed off his hard work!
